Denver South Parents, Guardians, Students and Community, 

We had another great week at South!  It was great to see families at Back to School Night.  I hope all that joined got the opportunity to meet your students’ teachers and get your questions answered.  

I am looking for parents that are interested in joining the Collaborative School Committee (CSC). The CSC brings together school leadership, staff, students, and community members to create and implement a plan to promote high achievement and student engagement at Denver South. This committee meets regularly throughout the school year and provides an opportunity for key stakeholders to have a voice in their school. 

Why should you get involved? 

• You are passionate about contributing to the unique culture at South
• You care about the success of all our students 
• You want to be an ambassador for South in your community 
• Having diverse perspectives on the CSC is what makes our school stronger 

We are looking for new voting and non-voting members for this school year.
