Dear Denver South Students and Families,
Thank you to all for participating and donating to our Wish Week Campaign. We had a blast celebrating Marilyn today at our assembly. There is still time to donate and we have extended our silent auction until Monday! You can find our Wish Week donation site and the Silent Auction site here!
Our Spring Musical Beauty and the Beast did an amazing job on opening night! There is still time to purchase your tickets and attend a showing.

Design Practicum class and Be A Good Person
The Design Practicum partnered with the local company, Be A Good Person. The entire South staff and student body had the opportunity to vote on the winning design.
Now you can purchase the winning shirt! Buying a shirt will raise money towards a benefit that the students from the class selected for our school. Their goal is to have more outdoor places to sit to enjoy our beautiful campus. The South PTSA is supporting this fundraiser by matching the amount raised from the sale of the shirt to go towards the outdoor seating.

Car Show, Sunday, April 30th
The South Latino Student Alliance (LSA) is hosting a car show on Sunday, April 30th from 10am – 3pm in the South parking lot. Bring your classic or new car that you want to share with the community or just stop by to check-it out and support! If you have any questions or potential interest, contact South’s Activities Director, Darius Ortega at darius_ortega@dpsk12.net.

Giving Grocery The Denver South Giving Grocery is open to students after school every Thursday in Room 141. The Giving Grocery provides free groceries, including fresh produce, meat, milk, cereal, and personal care items to South students. No registration is required, and all students are welcome!
