Denver Health Clinic School-Based

Denver Health is pleased to be a part of the South High community. As one of eighteen School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) throughout Denver Public Schools, we offer comprehensive primary care (routine checkups, physical exams, mental health counseling, and health education) for DPS students. We are open to all Denver Public School (DPS) students for in-person, telehealth, and video visits for both new and existing patients. For in-person appointments, we are taking every precaution to keep our clinics clean and patients safe. Our health services are provided at

NO COST to all DPS families!

In order to utilize SBHC services, students are required to have a parent or guardian complete a consent packet. Register now with our convenient eConsent (Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian fill out the eConsent, students 18 and over can fill it out themselves. Once you have completed the eConsent, call or email us to setup an appointment.

New consent packets are required to be signed each school year and once students are consented, they can easily access services.
